04Interior Design

Designed on paper, priced on paper, then built

Residential and commercial interiors — from space planning and modular joinery through to full turnkey execution, with the specification agreed before anyone lifts a tool.

Interior projects fail on process far more often than on taste. Undocumented scope, verbal variations and lump-sum quotes are what turn a budget into a negotiation.

We work from measured drawings, a written specification and a line-item BOQ, so what is being built and what it costs are both legible from the start.

For clients buying through our property desk, the fit-out is planned before possession — so the home is ready rather than waiting.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you work on single rooms or only full homes?

Both. Space planning and joinery for a single room is a common starting point, and many clients extend the scope once the first phase is delivered.

What does the quotation include?

A line-item bill of quantities: material and grade, hardware make, finish, quantity and rate for every element, with exclusions stated. Per-square-foot numbers are not a quotation.

Can you start before possession?

Yes, and it is usually the better sequence. Layouts, joinery drawings and material selection can be completed in advance so execution begins on handover.

How are changes during execution handled?

Any variation is quoted and approved in writing before it is executed, with a running revised total so the budget never drifts silently.
