02 — Tax & Chartered Accountancy
Tax decided in advance, not discovered at filing
Taxation, audit, accounting and compliance run by chartered accountants who see the property, legal and business side of the same client — so the advice accounts for the whole picture.
Most tax problems arrive as surprises: a capital gain nobody modelled, a GST liability on a new revenue line, a mismatch between AIS and the return filed. Each of those was predictable weeks earlier.
We work on a calendar rather than a deadline scramble — books current, advance tax scheduled, filings prepared with working papers you can produce if a query is raised.
Where a matter crosses into property or law, the relevant desk joins the same conversation instead of restarting it.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do you work with individuals as well as companies?
Yes. Our client base runs from salaried individuals with capital gains or ESOPs through to owner-managed companies with statutory audit requirements.
How are fees structured?
Recurring work such as accounting and compliance is quoted as a monthly or annual retainer. Advisory and one-off assignments are quoted per engagement after a scoping discussion.
Can you take over from our existing accountant?
Yes. Transitions are routine — we review the current position, identify anything outstanding and agree a handover before taking on the filing calendar.
Do you handle notices and assessments?
We prepare responses, assemble supporting documentation and represent the position where required. Bringing the notice to us early materially improves the outcome.
