That is the right time to involve us. Title, approvals, RERA status and the agreement itself can all be examined before payment, when you still have leverage on terms.
How long does a property title verification take?
It depends on the chain of ownership and how quickly documents are produced. A straightforward new-project review is faster than a resale property with multiple historic transfers.
Can you draft agreements for a business, not just property?
Yes — customer, vendor, employment, shareholder and lease agreements are all within scope, drafted or reviewed against your actual commercial position.
